Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Description:
The Executive Assistant/Office Manager plays a critical role in providing proactive and general administrative support to the President, Project Managers, Accounting Staff, Human Resources, Superintendents, and Foreman as needed. The Executive Assistant/Office Manager also manages confidential information with discretion to ensure smooth operations within the corporate office.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operations and support office management activities as needed by managing a diverse range of administrative tasks.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office documentation.
- Oversee communication for executives and other corporate personnel, acting as the main point of contact and handling incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with financial administration, including client/vendor invoicing and payment tracking.
- Assist with operating administration, including certification, insurance, and human resources documents.
- Manage office supply inventory by maintaining, tracking, and ordering supplies for the office as needed.
- Manage day-to-day office maintenance, including managing the cleaning crew and upkeep and restocking the fridge and restrooms with necessary supplies.
Educational requirements:
• High school diploma required, education beyond high school is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in office management and related administrative support in a corporate office environment.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
• Possess a valid Texas driver’s license as driving may be required occasionally.
